Single room: 3 200 PLN (for students: 2 800 PLN)
Bed in a double room: 2 900 PLN (for students: 2 500 PLN)
Accompanying person in a double room: 1 900 PLN
The CLC 2025 will take place in an on-site format only.
Payments must be made before 30th June 2025.
What is included in the conference fee?
The conference fee includes:
- accommodation in the Interferie Sport Hotel Bornit **** (15-19 September 2025),
- entrance to the conference sessions (oral presentations and poster sessions),
- full board,
- coffee breaks,
- conference dinner,
- conference excursion,
- conference materials.
Room service starts on Monday at 12:00 pm (supper will be served) and ends on Friday at 12:00 pm (lunch will be served).
If you are planning a shorter or longer stay at the conference Hotel in other dates than September 15-19, 2025. Please contact the Organizing Committee!
How to pay for the conference?
Please make a bank transfer to the account number provided. It is possible to pay by credit card, for this purpose please contact the organizing committee.
